Agentic AI Development

An agent is software that is given a goal instead of a script. It reads what comes in, decides the next step, uses your tools to take it, and asks a person when it should. We design, build and run these systems for businesses that have more routine work than people.

What we build

We design, build and run AI agents that handle real work: reading documents, answering customers, updating systems and asking a person before anything costly.

01

Operations agents

Read incoming mail, forms and documents, pull out what matters, and update your records.

02

Customer agents

Answer on WhatsApp, web chat and email from your own policies, and hand over to staff with the full context.

03

Back-office agents

Reconcile payments, chase approvals, prepare reports and flag the exceptions a person should see.

04

Multi-agent systems

Several narrow agents that pass work between them, each with its own tools, limits and log.

05

Agents on your data

Search and answer across your files, tickets and databases, and show the source for every answer.

06

Voice and local language

Agents that work in Sinhala, Tamil and English, including over the phone.

A good fit if

  • The same kind of task arrives many times a day and follows rules someone could write down.
  • Staff spend their time copying between systems instead of deciding.
  • You can name who should approve the steps that move money or reach a customer.

What you get

  • A written design: goal, tools, limits and the points where a person signs off.
  • A working first version on a slice of real work, measured against how it is done today.
  • Logs of every step the agent takes, so any decision can be traced and explained.
  • Handover or a running arrangement, whichever suits you.

How we work

Small first. Wider when it has earned it.

An agent gets a narrow job, a clear limit and a person to answer to. It gets more only after the logs show it does the first job well.

  1. 01

    Look

We sit with the people who do the work today and write down how it really happens, exceptions included.

  2. 02

    Design

Goal, tools, limits and sign-off points on one page, agreed with you before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build small

A first version on a slice of real work, measured against the way it is done now.

  4. 04

    Run and widen

We watch the logs, fix what the agent gets wrong, and widen its job only when it has earned it.

Questions

Asked often.

Anything else, ask us directly.

Is an agent the same as a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it can look things up, fill a form, update a record or start a payment request, within limits you set. Many of the systems we build never chat with anyone.

What stops it making a costly mistake?

Limits and checkpoints written into the design. An agent can be allowed to draft but not send, or to prepare a refund that a person approves. Every step is logged.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job and the budget. We work with Gemini, Claude, GPT and open models, and we design so the model can be swapped later without rebuilding.

Tell us about the work that repeats.

Send a few lines about the task, the team and the systems involved. We reply within two working days with honest next steps, even if that means not working with us.
