Who is responsible

Quadra Lanka, a business registered in Sri Lanka, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data collected through it. Contact us about anything on this page at [email protected].

What we collect, and why

• Project enquiries (the contact form): your name, email address and a description of your work, and if you choose to give them, your phone number, company and budget range. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
• The AI tools: the readiness check and the payback calculator run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us. The Agent Blueprint Generator and the Product Description Writer send the text you type to Google’s Gemini API to write the answer. We do not store that text or the answer. Please do not type personal or confidential details into them.
• Abuse protection: to limit how often a form or tool can be used, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address for up to one day. It cannot be turned back into your address and is deleted automatically.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Who can see it

Enquiries are stored in this website’s admin area, which only Quadra Lanka can open, and a copy is sent to our email inbox. The website is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers store the data on our behalf, and served through Cloudflare’s network. Text you enter in the two AI tools is processed by Google. Each of these providers works under its own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless it became a contract, in which case we keep what the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 21 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

How we protect it

The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are not published and cannot be read through the site’s public interfaces. Access to the admin area is limited to Quadra Lanka.
